ABSTRACT
The research is aimed to analyze about the existence of The Impact Of The District Government Accounting Standards And Finance Accounting System On The Quality Of District Government Finance Report. The analyze data technique that is used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analyzing, correlation analyzing, hypothesis analyzing, which are supported by SPSS 25.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The data collection technique is done with using the questioner that had been spread to the finance/accounting employees of Bandung Barat District Government, with the respondent amount that it is about 50 respondent. The result of this research is to show that (1) there are a positive impact and a significant between government accounting standards on the quality of Bandung Barat district government finance report (2) there are a positive impact and a significant between human resource competence on the quality of Bandung Barat district government finance report (3) there are a positive impact and a significant between government accounting standards and district finance accounting system on the quality of Bandung Barat district government finance report.
