PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA YANG DIPERSEPSIKAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAAN KONSUMEN PADA MASKAPAI PENERBANGAN LOW COST CARRIER (LCC) DI KOTA BANDUNG
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction in low cost carrier (LCC) airlines in Bandung City. This research was conducted in the city of Bandung, which is located at Husein Sastra Negara Airport. The sample of this study amounted to 120 respondents using the Non Probability Sampling - Purposive Sampling Method. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test and the sobel test which is calculated using SPSS version 24 and the Online Sobel Test Calculator for the Significance of Mediation from Daniel Soper. This study found that the dimensions of service quality and price affect consumer satisfaction. Dimensions of service quality, price and satisfaction of consumers influence customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction can mediate the dimensions of
service quality and price with customer loyalty.
